Refund Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

RETURNS

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item.

To return an item, please contact us via email or text message to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Once your return has been processed, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

 

EXCHANGE

To make an exchange please return original item(s) within 7 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Once your return is processed, your new item(s) will be shipped. Please note that buyers are responsible for return shipping and any new and or additional shipping costs.


REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 2 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Body products

For defective or damaged products, please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please Note

  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
  • Returns are accepted for anything that has been damaged during shipping (photos required of damaged items and packaging materials).
  • There is a restocking fee of 20% for curated pieces because they require more care.
  • Candles can be returned, but customers must pay the cost of returned shipping, and it must arrive in the original condition and packaging for full refund.
  • Body products cannot be returned or exchanged due to the nature of the product.
